DTF Dallas Shipping Policy
At DTF Dallas, we offer flexible and convenient shipping options to meet your needs. Please review our shipping details below:
UPS Ground (1-2 Days)
- DTF and UV DTF orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to blank apparel or custom apparel orders.
- DTF and UV DTF orders under $100 are charged a $9.95 flat rate for ground shipping. Orders containing apparel may have different shipping costs.
UPS Express (1-2 Days)
- Available at a flat rate of $16.95 for DTF and UV DTF orders.
FedEx Express (1-2 Days)
- Available at a flat rate of $19.95 DTF and UV DTF orders.
UPS Standard Overnight (1 Day)
- Free shipping on orders over $249.00
- For orders under $249.00, a flat rate of $39.95 applies
Custom T-Shirts, Blank Apparel, and Supplies rate are calculated at the checkout dynamically depending on your location
Same-Day Shipping, Local Pickup and Local Delivery
Orders placed before 2.00 PM CT are eligible for same-day shipping with no minimum or maximum order restrictions. You may choose:
- Same-Day Shipping: For qualifying orders placed by 2.00 PM CT, we offer same-day shipping through our available carriers.
- Local Pickup: Pick up your order in person 24/7.
- Local Delivery: Orders placed by 5:00 AM CT are eligible for same-day local delivery. This service is available for a flat rate of $9.95, and local delivery is free for orders of $100 or more.
Order Combination Policy
If you would like to add items to an existing order or request that multiple orders be shipped together, you must contact our team for confirmation before shipment. Combined shipping is subject to approval by our shipping department. If we are unable to combine the orders, an additional shipping fee may be required.
Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery’s status.
