DTF (Direct-to-Film)
The 18-singles cotton surface can support clean DTF detail, and the quarter-turned construction eliminates the center crease. Use standard cotton press settings and adjust for the Charcoal Grey Heather, Safety Green, and Lime blends.
Screen Printing
Heavy-duty knit 100% USA cotton is ideal for plastisol and water-based inks, producing crisp, smooth prints with great coverage on a 6.0 oz canvas.
DTG (Direct-to-Garment)

Sublimation needs polyester. Most SHASS colors are 100% cotton, so they will not take dye-sublimation. The 50/50 blends like Charcoal Grey Heather, Safety Green, and Lime may hold a faded, washed-out result. Use DTF or screen printing instead.

Heather Grey is 90% USA cotton and 10% polyester. Charcoal Grey Heather, Safety Green, and Lime are 50% USA cotton and 50% polyester. All other SHASS colors are 100% USA cotton.
Lower the press temperature slightly on blends and test one shirt first. Polyester content can scorch at full cotton settings and may cause dye migration on the 50/50 colors.
The SHASS has a classic fit with regular width and length, not an oversized or boxy cut, so it measures like a standard tee.
Share the laid-flat size chart so buyers can compare measurements against a shirt they already own and pick the right size.
Most SHASS colors contain a high percentage of cotton, so some dimensional change may occur depending on how the shirt is washed and dried.
