Protective Teflon Sheets for Heat Press – Ideal for DTF Transfers

Heat Resistant & Water Repellent:
Crafted from high-quality fiberglass coated with PTFE, these protective Teflon sheets can withstand high temperatures up to 600°F, making them perfect for heat press applications including DTF transfers. Their durable, water-repellent surface ensures clean and consistent results, time after time.

Reusable & Easy to Clean:
Thanks to their non-stick surface, these Teflon sheets can be used up to 1000 times on both sides. Residue from ink, glue, or adhesive wipes off easily—saving you time during cleanup and reducing material waste.

Customizable Sizes for Your Workflow:
Available in 16" x 24", 16" x 20", and 16" x 12", you can trim these sheets to the exact size or shape needed for your heat press projects, ensuring a perfect fit every time.

Versatile Use Beyond DTF:
While ideal for protecting garments and transfers during the DTF heat press process, these sheets are also great for sublimation, vinyl applications, ironing, and even as oven liners or craft mats.

At DTF Dallas, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please review the policy below carefully.

1. Return Eligibility
Only unused, unwashed, and undecorated items are eligible for return.
Printed, worn, washed, or altered apparel is not returnable.

2. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Free Shipping Orders: For orders with free shipping, outbound freight costs will be deducted from the refund.

Our Error: If the return is due to our mistake (defective or incorrect item), DTF Dallas will cover all outbound and return shipping costs.

3. Restocking Fee
Approved returns of 100 units or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.

4. Damages & Shortages
All damage or shortage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

5. Replacements
Approved replacements ship at our expense.

Replacement orders must match the original order exactly.

No changes, substitutions, exchanges, or size/color/style modifications are allowed.

DTF Dallas reserves the right to deny any return or replacement that does not meet these conditions.
