DTF (Direct-to-Film)

Screen Printing
The smooth fine-gauge cotton takes screen prints cleanly with sharp edges. A strong choice for bulk runs where print quality matters.
DTG (Direct-to-Garment)

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

Embroidery

The 3005 has a retail fit with unisex sizing, which runs closer to the body than a traditional boxy tee. At L the chest measures 22 inches laid flat.
Share the laid-flat size chart so buyers can compare measurements against a shirt they already own. Customers who want a looser fit can size up.
Ash is 99% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton and 1% polyester. All other listed 3005 colors are 100% Airlume cotton.
The 1% polyester content is unlikely to change standard cotton settings, but test one shirt at your settings before a large run in Ash.
The 3005 is pre-shrunk, which helps reduce dimensional change. Because most colors are 100% cotton, some change may still occur depending on how the shirt is washed and dried.
