This has been the 3rd or 4th time I ordered with them the first gang sheets were amazing had no issues the quality was amazing. This time around we had issues from the beginning with my sheet never getting printed went to pick up and found that out they ended up making It on the spot got it home started to make cups like 2 days later and immediately noticed the quality was horrible they would come out all sticky when I was done with them they definitely weren’t aligned correctly to the design it’s like there calibration was off or something no clear coating on the entire design it was the little clear outline more to one side so I think that’s why it was sticky and the printing color wasn’t great either anyways I contacted them they responded pretty quickly and they ended up remaking the sheet which was fine but very frustrating and inconvenient all this happened and then having to go and pick up the sheet once again the place is about 40 minutes away and having to go back twice was just frustrating the good part is the new sheet was awesome I’ve used it and made lots of cups but it does make me think twice now if I should continue to order and give them another chance I don’t want to waste my time and money driving back and forth if this will happened again

I ordered my first gang, shipping was so fast and the quality was great. I ordered another gang sheet that weekend. I am most definitely a loyal customer.

I use UVDTF often. It has become a substantial part of my business so I enjoy having a vendor close. This companies product is better than most but just hope you don’t ever need to talk to anyone because it’s not happening. And if something is wrong with to order it’s honestly worth it to just not bother rather than deal with them… when you can find someone to deal with other than an email from someone who will give you zero information.

I've been using DTF Dallas since 2022, and they keep getting better and better. You know they use quality DTF ink, because the transfers last a long time. The UV stickers are bright, they look good, and they really stick! I also love the fact they are local and I can go pick it up!!! 100% recommend!
