Gang Sheet Basics

What Is a DTF Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is a single sheet that packs multiple designs together, so you print more per transfer and pay by the sheet instead of per design. DTF Dallas gang sheets are 22 inches wide and sold by length, so you only pay for the space you use. It is the most cost-effective way to print custom transfers in volume, whether you are running a print shop, an apparel brand, a team store, or a side hustle.

DTF Dallas transfers arrive cured and ready to press, so you do not need a DTF printer, ink, film, adhesive powder, weeding, or garment pre-treatment.

A single transfer may be appropriate for a one-off order or design test, while a gang sheet can consolidate multiple designs or repeats into one order. Need one design in exact dimensions? Order DTF Transfers by Size.

DTF Gang Sheet Sizes

Every gang sheet is 22 inches wide by the length you choose, priced by length starting at $4.10. Sizes run from 22 x 10 inches up to 22 x 1,000 inches, so you can pack a single design or hundreds onto one sheet. The larger the sheet, the more designs you fit and the lower your cost per design.

Before You Upload

File Requirements

Before uploading, check that your artwork meets these requirements to help support faster production and consistent results.

File formatPNG with a transparent background (preferred). PDF files are also accepted.

ResolutionFor most DTF Dallas orders, we recommend transparent PNG files at 300 DPI for the best print quality.

Color modeCMYK is recommended for accurate color. Use CMYK color settings to reduce potential color differences that can occur with RGB files.

Maximum sizeUp to 22 x 250 inches per file. Gang sheets are available up to 22 inches wide and 1,000 inches long, so for any sheet longer than 250 inches, upload your layout in multiple files of up to 22 x 250 inches each.

Transparent backgroundWe strongly recommend transparent backgrounds for DTF artwork. Any white or colored background left in the file will print as part of the design, so remove unwanted background areas before uploading.

MirroringYou do not need to mirror your DTF artwork before uploading. Submit your design in its normal, readable orientation, and we'll handle the printing setup.

File reviewAt DTF Dallas, our production team reviews your artwork for print readiness, checks quality during production, and inspects finished transfers before packing. Files are printed as submitted, so please review your artwork carefully before uploading.

Tip: leave a small gap between each design so every piece cuts and presses cleanly. For very large projects, upload multiple gang sheets to keep quality high.
