Frequently Asked Questions
What if my design has thin lines?
Our industrial-grade DTF printers capture incredible detail! We recommend keeping lines at least 0.5mm thick for best results, but our high-resolution printing at 300 DPI ensures even delicate designs transfer beautifully. Worried about your design? Our team reviews every file before printing.
How many washes will it last?
With proper care, your DTF transfers will look vibrant for 50+ washes! We use premium inks and adhesives that bond permanently with fabric. Follow our simple care instructions (wash inside out, cold water, no bleach) and your designs will outlast the garment itself.
Do I need special software to create gang sheets?
Not at all! Use any design software you prefer, or try our FREE DTF Gang Sheet Builder. As long as you can export a PNG with transparent background at 300 DPI, you're ready to go. No expensive software or special skills required.
What happens if I upload the wrong file?
Don't worry - we've got your back! Our team reviews every file before printing. If we spot issues (wrong format, low resolution, missing transparency), we'll contact you immediately. For files submitted before 11 AM CST, we can still meet same-day deadlines with quick corrections.
Can I mix different designs on one sheet?
Absolutely! That's the beauty of gang sheets. Mix logos, text, photos, whatever you need on a single sheet up to 22 x 250. Maximize your value by filling every inch with different designs for various projects.
What fabrics won't work with DTF?
DTF transfers work on almost everything! Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, nylon - even leather and denim. The only exceptions are heavily water-resistant fabrics or those with extreme texture. Unlike vinyl or screen printing, DTF gives you ultimate fabric flexibility.
Is same-day really same-day?
Yes - if you upload print-ready files by 11 AM CST Monday-Friday, your order will be ready for pickup by 6 PM the same day. No hidden delays, no excuses. Our local Dallas production facility makes true same-day service possible.
