DTF Dallas | DTF Transfers & Custom Tshirt Printing

You can order custom DTF transfers online by choosing DTF Transfers by Size, uploading a print-ready gang sheet, or creating a layout with the DTF Gang Sheet Builder.

Transfers by Size offer an easy online ordering option for when you need a single design in a specific size and quantity. A gang sheet is usually more cost-effective when you want to combine multiple designs, sizes, logos, names, or repeated copies on one sheet.

Upload your artwork, choose the required dimensions and quantity, review the complete layout, and select shipping or local pickup at checkout. DTF Dallas accepts orders with no minimum quantity.

DTF Dallas transfers have been tested to withstand more than 100 washes when they are applied and cared for correctly.

Print durability depends on accurate application temperature, pressing time, even pressure, garment type, washing routine, and drying temperature. Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash, turn the garment inside out, and wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle.

Avoid bleach, fabric softener, direct ironing over the print, and high dryer heat. Correct application and aftercare help durable DTF prints maintain their vibrant colors, sharp details, and flexible feel through repeated washing.

Yes. DTF Dallas has no minimum order for custom apparel, so you can order one custom T-shirt or place a larger bulk order for a business, team, school, event, organization, or clothing brand.

Choose an available apparel, select the color and size, upload your logo, photograph, text, or original artwork, and complete the order online. DTF Dallas prints the design and delivers finished apparel that is ready to wear.

Yes. DTF printing can reproduce vibrant colors, gradients, photographs, fine lines, and sharp details in a single ready-to-press transfer.

For the best print quality, submit a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, preferably prepared at 300 DPI and at the intended print size. Low-resolution images, very small text, thin lines, unnecessary backgrounds, and excessive enlargement can affect the final result.

Colors displayed on a screen may not reproduce exactly the same in print. When detail or color accuracy is especially important, customers can request a basic file review before production.
