At DTF Dallas, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please review the policy below carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
Only unused, unwashed, and undecorated items are eligible for return.
Printed, worn, washed, or altered apparel is not returnable.
2. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Free Shipping Orders: For orders with free shipping, outbound freight costs will be deducted from the refund.
Our Error: If the return is due to our mistake (defective or incorrect item), DTF Dallas will cover all outbound and return shipping costs.
3. Restocking Fee
Approved returns of 100 units or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
4. Damages & Shortages
All damage or shortage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
5. Replacements
Approved replacements ship at our expense.
Replacement orders must match the original order exactly.
No changes, substitutions, exchanges, or size/color/style modifications are allowed.
DTF Dallas reserves the right to deny any return or replacement that does not meet these conditions.
