Print-ready DTF and UV DTF orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day and arrive within one to two business days anywhere in the U.S., with two business days as the guaranteed maximum. If UPS Ground cannot meet that window, DTF Dallas upgrades the shipment to air at its own cost. Only carrier and weather delays are excluded.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday ship same-day from our Richardson, TX facility via UPS Ground. For DFW local delivery customers, the cutoff is earlier - orders before 5:00 AM CT, Monday–Saturday, qualify for same-day local delivery.

No minimums, ever. Order one transfer or thousands - there are no setup fees, no artwork charges, and no required quantities. Whether you're a small business owner ordering a single custom design or a print shop running large-volume jobs, our pricing works for any scale.

Our DTF transfers work on most fabrics - cotton, polyester, tri-blends, denim, canvas, fleece, and more - and print vividly on both light and dark garments thanks to our CMYK + white underbase printing process. No pre-treatment, no weeding, and no fabric-specific setup required.

A DTF transfer by size is a single design printed at the dimensions you specify - perfect for one-off shirts, uniforms, or custom orders. A gang sheet lets you pack multiple designs (logos, names, numbers, mixed artwork) onto a single larger sheet to dramatically lower your cost per print. Gang sheets are ideal for businesses producing volume or running multiple designs.

Yes - free shipping on DTF and UV DTF orders $100 and above, anywhere in Texas. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $9.95 fee. The same pricing applies to DFW local delivery: free on DTF and UV DTF orders $100+, $9.95 below that.

UV DTF transfers (also called UV DTF stickers) are designed for hard surfaces - tumblers, mugs, water bottles, packaging, glassware, and promo items. Unlike regular DTF (which is heat-pressed onto fabric), they peel off a backing and apply directly to smooth surfaces with no heat press required. They are durable and water-resistant.
