DTF Products for Forney, TX
Need volume? DTF Gang Sheets carry it. A single design ships as DTF Transfers by Size, while whatever layout you build yourself lands on a Custom Gang Sheet. Tumblers and cans call for UV DTF Cup Wraps. Every order is pressed in Richardson, then sent to Forney by UPS Ground or same-day local courier on eligible orders.
DTF Gang Sheets
Space on the film is already bought, so every design you slide into the gaps trims what each print costs. A packed sheet beats a half-empty one on price by a wide margin, which suits school program orders, shop reorders, and mixed art batches. Full CMYK over white ink, sharp on light or dark fabric.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Forney shipping. Right for one Forney tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Forney decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Forney in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Built for school programs, local storefronts, community groups, and Kaufman County events.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
The presses behind a Forney order belong to us and live in the Richardson building, and no box gets taped until a person has read the sheet. That control shows up in the finished garment: color holding steady from a single boutique tee through a 500-piece school run, edges that survive repeated washing, and a hand soft enough that the graphic feels like part of the fabric. No setup charges and no plate fees.

That covers the brick storefronts of Downtown Forney, the businesses along Ridgecrest Road, the retail and service companies spread across North Gateway Boulevard and South Gateway Boulevard, and the newer commercial pads on the FM-548 Corridor.
