Transparent PNG at 300 DPI is recommended. PDF files are also accepted.

Background
A white or colored box prints around my design
Cause: The file still has a background. Any white or colored background left in the file prints as part of the design.
Fix: Remove the background and export a transparent PNG before uploading.
Resolution
The print looks blurry or pixelated
Cause: A small or low-resolution image was enlarged to print size.
Fix: Use artwork at 300 DPI at the actual print size, or upload a PDF or larger original file.
Color
Printed colors look different from my screen
Cause: Screens display RGB, and some bright RGB colors cannot be matched exactly in print.
Fix: Use CMYK color settings to reduce potential color differences.
Sides
I wanted a print on both sides of the bag
Cause: Single Side was selected, so only one artwork field was printed.
Fix: Choose Double Side and upload artwork in both fields before adding to cart.
Contrast
My design blends into the bag color
Cause: The artwork colors are too close to the bag color.
Fix: Choose a contrasting bag color, such as Natural or White for dark artwork and Black or Navy for light artwork.
Care
How do I keep my tote looking new?
Cause: Hot water and high dryer heat stress the print and can shrink cotton canvas.
Fix: Spot clean when you can. If you wash it, use cold water, turn the bag inside out, and air dry.
