Does my order confirmation mean my order is ready?
No. An order confirmation only shows that DTF Dallas received the order. A separate ready-for-pickup notification is sent after production and packing are complete. Wait for the ready notification, then head to the pickup location with your order confirmation and pickup instructions.
Can I choose any pickup location?
Yes. You can select any of the six active DTF Dallas pickup locations at checkout: Richardson, Carrollton, Argyle, Lucas, Mesquite, or Oak Cliff in Dallas. Your order is prepared at the location you choose. Check the address in your order details before traveling.
Which pickup locations have 24/7 locker access?
Richardson, Carrollton, Argyle, and Lucas offer 24/7 locker access after a DTF Dallas order is marked ready, including nights and weekends. After-hours locker access is not confirmed for Mesquite or Oak Cliff. For after-hours pickup at those locations, call +1 (551) 666-0879 for Mesquite or +1 (469) 980-0228 for Oak Cliff before visiting.
What should I bring when collecting my order?
Bring your order confirmation and the pickup instructions from your DTF Dallas ready notification. Together they cover everything needed at the locker or the front desk. If anything in your instructions is unclear, call your pickup location before you leave.

Mesquite pickup is available during staffed hours, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, and Oak Cliff is staffed every day from 7 AM to 9 PM, including weekends. Can I collect my order during official holidays?
A DTF Dallas order that is already marked ready can remain accessible in the 24/7 lockers at Richardson, Carrollton, Argyle, and Lucas during official holidays. Production schedules can change around holidays, so new orders may become ready later than usual. For time-sensitive orders, go by your ready notification, not the calendar.
