Temperature

• Cotton and 50/50 Blends: 290–310°F (approximately 143–154°C)
• Synthetic or Polyester Fabrics: 290–310°F (approximately 143–154°C)

Press

• Cotton and 50/50 Blends: 8–15 seconds
• Synthetic and Polyester Fabrics: 8–15 seconds

Press the transfer for 8–15 seconds at 290–310°F with medium to high pressure, then hot peel. Test a sample before beginning large or bulk production, since fabric and garment materials can vary.

Hot Peel

Peel while still hot in one continuous, smooth motion.

For Enhanced Durability

• Cover the image with parchment paper after peeling the film off.
• Press again for 5 seconds.

Iron-On Instructions

• Temperature: Set to the highest setting on your iron.
• Press for 20 to 25 Seconds: Apply even pressure to all parts of the design with the iron, pressing evenly for 20 to 25 seconds onto the garment.
• Hot Peel: Peel while still hot in one continuous, smooth motion.

DTF Print Aftercare Instructions

• Wait 24 Hours: Allow the print to set for at least 24 hours before the first wash.
• Wash Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out to protect the design.
• Cold Water Wash: Use cold water and a gentle cycle to preserve the print.
• Mild Detergent: Avoid harsh detergents and bleach. Opt for mild, color-safe detergents.
• Avoid Fabric Softeners: Do not use fabric softeners as they can degrade the print.
• Hang Dry: Air drying is recommended. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.
• Do Not Iron Directly: Avoid ironing directly on the print. If necessary, place a cloth over the design and use a low heat setting.

Richardson pickup is available 24/7 through secure lockers after your order-ready notification. Additional pickup points are available in Argyle, Carrollton, Lucas, Mesquite, and Oak Cliff; eligible orders placed by 5:00 AM CT may qualify for same-day pickup at participating points. Wait for your order-ready notification before arriving. Some points offer 24/7 secure lockers; others operate during specific business hours. Check your selected pickup location’s hours and pickup method.
