Purchase Instructions

If you already have a gangsheet design ready, simply select your desired gangsheet size and upload your file. We will take care of the rest, ensuring high-quality printing and timely delivery. If your gangsheet is not ready, you can use our gangsheet builder to create your gangsheet or you can purchase your DTF transfer size by size and we can build your gangsheet.

For optimal quality, please ensure your files are no larger than 22x250 inches. Files exceeding this size may experience resolution or quality issues. You can upload multiple files for your orders larger than 22x250 inches.

Instructions

Pressure Setting: Set the heat press to medium pressure.

Temperature:

• • For cotton and 50/50 blends: Set the temperature to 139°C (282°F).
  • For synthetic or polyester fabrics: Set the temperature to 139°C (282°F).

Press:

• • For cotton and 50/50 blends: 9 seconds
  • For synthetic and polyester fabrics: 6 seconds

Press the transfer to the fabric for the specified time based on the fabric type.

Hybrid Peel: Peel while still hot or after it has cooled, in one continuous, smooth, rapid motion.

For Enhanced Durability

Cover the image with parchment paper after peeling the film off and press again for 5 seconds.

Iron-On Instructions

Temperature: Set the temperature to the highest setting on your iron.

Press for 20 to 25 Seconds: Apply even pressure to all parts of the design with the iron, pressing evenly for 20 to 25 seconds onto the garment.

Hybrid Peel: Peel while still hot or after it has cooled, in one continuous, smooth, rapid motion.

DTF Print Aftercare Instructions

Wait 24 Hours: Allow the print to set for at least 24 hours before the first wash.

Wash Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out to protect the design.

Cold Water Wash: Use cold water and a gentle cycle to preserve the print.

Mild Detergent: Avoid harsh detergents and bleach. Opt for mild, color-safe detergents.

Avoid Fabric Softeners: Do not use fabric softeners as they can degrade the print.

Hang Dry: Air drying is recommended. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.

Do Not Iron Directly: Avoid ironing directly on the print. If necessary, place a cloth over the design and use a low heat setting.
