DTF Products for Columbus, TX
Four items, nothing padded: DTF Gang Sheets when volume repeats, DTF Transfers by Size when one graphic is enough, UV DTF Cup Wraps for drinkware, plus a Custom Gang Sheet built from the layout you send. Richardson handles every print run, and UPS Ground moves them toward Columbus the same day.
DTF Gang Sheets
What each print costs comes down to layout, not to order size. Six designs or sixty, the film bills the same, so a fuller sheet divides that cost further. School program orders, shop runs, and mixed-art batches all work this way. Full CMYK with a white-ink base under it, so color holds on dark fabric as well as light.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Columbus shipping. Right for one Columbus tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Columbus decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Columbus in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, along with hats and tote bags. Pressed for school groups, local businesses, shops, and Colorado County events.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
Ask where a Columbus order was printed and the answer is one address, 801 Alpha Dr in Richardson, on equipment that belongs to us. Every sheet gets read by a person before tape goes on the box. The result shows up in the work itself: color that matches from a six-shirt order to a 500-piece school run, edges that survive repeat washing, and a hand soft enough to forget. No setup charges and no plate fees.
