DTF Products for Joshua, TX
Order a Custom Gang Sheet from your own layout, DTF Gang Sheets for repeat volume, DTF Transfers by Size when one graphic is all you need, or UV DTF Cup Wraps for drinkware. Every version prints at the Richardson shop and goes to UPS the same business day for Joshua.
DTF Gang Sheets
One sheet of film carries one price, so the number of designs you tile across it decides what each print ends up costing. Load it heavy and the rate drops; ship it half bare and you paid for blank space. Useful for school program orders, shop runs, multi-size logo sets, and mixed batches, printed in full CMYK over white ink so it holds on light and dark fabric.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Joshua shipping. Right for one Joshua tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Joshua decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Joshua in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Built for school programs, local storefronts, businesses, and Johnson County community groups.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
A Joshua job never leaves our hands mid-run. It prints on machines we own inside the Richardson building, and someone reads the sheet before tape goes on the box. You see that in the finished garment: color that matches from a single boutique tee to a 500-piece school run, edges that survive repeat washing, and a hand light enough that the graphic feels like part of the fabric rather than a layer sitting on it. No setup charges, no plate fees.
From Upload to Ready-to-Press

That covers the businesses of Downtown Joshua, the shops along North Main Street and South Broadway Street, and the companies out along the Southwest Wilshire Boulevard side and the wider Johnson County area.
