DTF Products for DeSoto, TX
Four formats sit on the menu here. Bulk runs land on DTF Gang Sheets, single graphics go out as DTF Transfers by Size, a pre-arranged layout becomes your Custom Gang Sheet, and drinkware calls for UV DTF Cup Wraps. Richardson presses every order, then UPS Ground carries it to DeSoto that same day.
DTF Gang Sheets
One film, one price. Whatever empty space you leave on it is space you paid for and did not use, so tiling more designs across the sheet is what pulls the per-print number down. Retailers, school program orders, and shops use it for mixed-art batches and multi-size logo sets, printed full CMYK on a white-ink base for light or dark fabric.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast DeSoto shipping. Right for one DeSoto tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for DeSoto decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches DeSoto in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Used for school programs, local storefronts, church groups, and businesses.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
A DeSoto order never leaves our hands mid-job. It prints on equipment we own and service in the Richardson building, and a person reads the sheet before anything is taped shut. You see the result in the finished piece: color that matches from a six-shirt counter run to a 500-piece school order, edges that survive repeat washing, and a hand soft enough that the print feels like part of the fabric rather than a layer sitting on it. No setup charges, no plate fees, no minimum.
