DTF Products for Ovilla, TX
Order volume on DTF Gang Sheets, one design at a time through DTF Transfers by Size, your own arrangement as a Custom Gang Sheet, or drinkware graphics as UV DTF Cup Wraps. All four print at the Richardson shop and go to UPS the same business day for Ovilla and the rest of Ellis County.
DTF Gang Sheets
A gang sheet is billed as film, not as prints, so the number of designs you tile onto it decides what each one costs. Fill the space and the unit rate keeps sliding down. That makes it the sensible pick for school program orders, business runs, and mixed art batches, printed in full CMYK over a white ink base that stays sharp on light and dark fabric alike.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Ovilla shipping. Right for one Ovilla tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Ovilla decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Ovilla in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Built for school programs, local businesses, community groups, and Ellis County events.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
An Ovilla job never leaves our hands mid run. It prints on equipment we own inside the Richardson building, and someone reads the sheet over before the box is taped shut. You see the result in the finished piece: color that matches from a single shop tee to a 500-piece school run, edges that survive repeated washing, and a hand soft enough that the print sits in the shirt rather than on top of it. No setup charges, no plate fees.
