Orders placed by 5:00 AM CT go out by local courier the same day to eligible addresses (confirm coverage before checkout), orders placed by 2:00 PM CT ship UPS Ground the same day, and Richardson pickup runs 24/7. No minimums, no setup fees.
DTF Transfer Products for Azle, TX
Everything Azle orders is printed in Richardson, in four formats: DTF Gang Sheets for volume, DTF Transfers by Size for a single graphic, a Custom Gang Sheet from your own layout, and UV DTF Cup Wraps for drinkware. Orders placed by 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, leave on UPS Ground the same day, and eligible orders placed before 5:00 AM CT can go by same-day local courier.
DTF Gang Sheets
A crowded sheet is a cheap sheet. Each added logo, sleeve hit, or neck tag shares the cost of the same film, so the per print rate falls as the layout fills. Azle ISD program orders and Downtown Azle shop runs benefit most, along with Jacksboro Highway crews needing mixed sizes. Printed in full CMYK over a white ink base for light and dark fabric.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Azle shipping. Right for one Azle tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Azle decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. A regular for Azle fundraisers, Azle school spirit gifts, and youth league giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Azle together by UPS Ground or same-day local courier on eligible orders. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Azle ISD programs, Downtown Azle storefronts, FM-730 Corridor contractors, and church groups all pull from the same shelves.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
Outsourcing is not part of how an Azle job gets made. The printers, the curing line, and the cutting table sit in our Richardson shop, we own all of them, and each sheet gets a visual check before it is packed. The result is color that matches from a single Downtown Azle boutique tee to a 400 piece Azle ISD run, edges that stay down in the laundry, and a soft hand on the fabric. No setup charges, no plate fees, and no minimum order.
From Upload to Ready-to-Press
Ordering DTF transfers online takes only a few steps. Send the file, set a size, and the rest is ours, with same-day UPS Ground, same-day local delivery on eligible orders to Azle, or 24/7 pickup in Richardson. Here is the run-through.
Send Your Artwork
Send your artwork through dtfdallas.com. A transparent PNG at 300 DPI carries the most detail, and PDF files are also accepted, so upload your file print-ready.
Choose Size and Count
Take a preset size, enter your own dimensions, or lay out a multi-design gang sheet in the browser. No minimums and no setup fees.
Into Production
Your Azle order prints on commercial DTF equipment at our Richardson facility, full CMYK over a white-ink base, finished the same day on print-ready orders placed by 2:00 PM CT.

DTF Transfers Near Me in Azle, TX
We ship into Azle and across Tarrant and Parker counties, with same-day UPS Ground and same-day local delivery on eligible orders out of Richardson.
Settled in 1846, Azle is one of the older communities northwest of Fort Worth, and it still works like a town with its own center instead of a suburb. Downtown Azle holds the local storefronts, Northwest Parkway and Southeast Parkway Street carry the daily retail and restaurant traffic, and Jacksboro Highway links it all back toward Fort Worth. The FM-730 Corridor serves contractors, trades, and rural properties on either side of town. We print custom DTF transfers and apparel for all of it, including Azle ISD spirit wear, youth league kits, church event shirts, staff uniforms, and fundraiser tees across this corner of Tarrant County.
