DTF Products for Splendora, TX
Every item on this page is printed on Alpha Drive in Richardson and handed to UPS the same business day, then routed south to Splendora. A Custom Gang Sheet takes the layout you build yourself, DTF Gang Sheets carry volume runs, DTF Transfers by Size cover a single graphic, and UV DTF Cup Wraps finish drinkware.
DTF Gang Sheets
Cost per print here is decided by nesting, not by how many pieces you order. Twenty designs packed onto one film split that film's price twenty ways, so the more you fit, the less each one costs. A good fit for school program orders, shop runs, and mixed-size logo sets. Printed in full CMYK over a white-ink base so it reads on light and dark fabric.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Splendora shipping. Right for one Splendora tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and youth league giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Splendora in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. These suit school programs, local shops, service crews, neighborhood groups, and Montgomery County events.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
What arrives in Splendora came off presses inside our Richardson building, and it left only after a person looked at it. That shows up in the finished garment: color that holds from a six-shirt order to a 500-piece school run, edges that survive repeated washing, and a hand light enough that the print feels like part of the fabric instead of a layer sitting on top of it. No setup charges, no plate fees, no film minimums.
From Upload to Ready-to-Press
Ordering DTF transfers online takes only a few steps. Send the file, set a size, and the rest is ours, with same-day UPS Ground pointed at Splendora. Here is the run-through.
