DTF Transfers for Livingston, Texas
Bring Livingston apparel designs into production with ready-to-press transfers shipped from Richardson to your workspace. Our team checks print readiness, and artwork is printed as submitted. Place print-ready DTF and blank apparel orders by 2:00 PM CT on Monday through Saturday to have them shipped that day.
DTF Products for Livingston, TX
One Richardson floor produces all four: volume runs on DTF Gang Sheets, single graphics through DTF Transfers by Size, your own layout as a Custom Gang Sheet, drinkware handled by UV DTF Cup Wraps. Orders placed by 2:00 PM CT head toward the US-59 Corridor that same afternoon by UPS Ground.
DTF Gang Sheets
Cost per print here comes down to layout. Tile designs edge to edge and the rate on each one keeps sliding lower as the sheet fills in, which suits school program orders and shop runs. Mixed sizes and unrelated artwork can share a single film, printed in full CMYK over a white-ink base that stays sharp on both light and dark fabric.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Livingston shipping. Right for one Livingston tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Livingston decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Livingston in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, along with hats and tote bags. Made for school programs, local shops, churches, and businesses.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
Distance changes the shipping label, not the process. Every Livingston order prints on presses we own inside the Richardson building, and someone reads the sheet before it goes in the box. You see that in the finished garment: color that matches from a six-shirt order to a 500-piece school run, edges that hold through repeat washing, and a hand soft enough that the print feels like part of the fabric. No setup charges, no plate fees, no minimum quantity.
From Upload to Ready-to-Press
