DTF Products for Irving, TX
Drinkware wraps arrive as UV DTF Cup Wraps, while a single graphic prints as a DTF Transfer by Size. Need volume? DTF Gang Sheets cover it, and a layout you build yourself becomes a Custom Gang Sheet. Every order is produced in Richardson, then handed to UPS the same business day headed for Irving.
DTF Gang Sheets
A sheet costs what a sheet costs, so the smarter your nesting, the cheaper each print gets. Fill the film edge to edge and the unit rate drops well below what single transfers would run you. School program orders, shop reorders, and mixed art batches all suit it. Full CMYK over a white-ink base, sharp on light and dark fabric.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Irving shipping. Right for one Irving tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Irving decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Irving in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Printed for school programs, local storefronts, church groups, and Dallas County events.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
The press that runs your Irving order belongs to us, it lives in the Richardson building, and no box gets taped until someone has read the sheet. That care shows up where it counts: color holding steady from a single boutique tee through a 500-piece school run, edges that survive repeated washing, and a hand soft enough that the graphic feels like part of the fabric instead of a layer stuck on top. No setup charges, no plate fees, nothing hidden in the total.
