Printed In-House
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
Nothing goes into a Carrollton locker before someone checks it. The difference lands in the finished piece: color that stays true from one boutique tee to a 500-piece school run, edges that hold through the laundry, and a hand light enough that the print reads as part of the shirt. No setup charges, no plate fees, and nothing at checkout that was left off the quote.

Yes. Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Affinity Designer and Canva all export files DTF Dallas can print, so a Carrollton designer does not need to learn new software. What matters is the output, not the tool: build at the exact size the design will print, keep it at 300 DPI, and export a PNG with a genuinely transparent background rather than a white one. Expand strokes and flatten live effects before export so nothing shifts, and delete hidden layers that would print as a haze. Upload your file here and every job is reviewed before it goes on press.
Yes. The DTF Dallas gang sheet builder lets you scale and arrange each design on the sheet before checkout, which is how you fit a full-size run and a pocket print onto the same film. Scale down freely, but scale up with care: enlarging a low-resolution file past its native size softens the edges, so start from artwork built at 300 DPI at the largest size you plan to print. Nest the pieces tightly, because unused film costs the same as printed film. Open the gang sheet builder to lay out your sheet.
As many as the film will hold once they are nested with a small gap between them, and the number depends entirely on the print sizes rather than a fixed limit. A sheet packed with pocket prints holds dozens; a sheet of full back prints holds a handful. Leave about a quarter inch between designs so they can be cut apart cleanly, rotate pieces to close gaps, and remember that a half-empty sheet costs the same to run as a full one. A Carrollton order that fills the sheet is where the per-print rate drops the most. Lay yours out in the gang sheet builder to see how many fit.
