DTF Transfer Products for Aledo, TX
Bulk runs go on DTF Gang Sheets. One graphic becomes a DTF Transfer by Size. Your own arrangement becomes a Custom Gang Sheet. Drinkware gets UV DTF Cup Wraps. All four print at 801 Alpha Dr in Richardson and go to UPS the same business day for Aledo.
DTF Gang Sheets
The film costs what it costs, so the real question is how much of it you fill. Tile twenty designs across it and each print carries a smaller share than it would on a half-empty sheet. That suits school program orders, shop runs, and mixed-art batches, printed in full CMYK over white ink so it holds on light or dark fabric.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Aledo shipping. Right for one Aledo tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Aledo decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Aledo in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Used for school programs, local businesses, crews, and Parker County events.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
We do not hand Aledo work to anyone else. It runs on presses inside our Richardson building, and a person reviews each sheet before it is taped shut. You notice it later: a boutique tee matches the 500-piece school run beside it, edges survive repeated washing, and the print sits light enough on the fabric that it does not feel like a patch. No setup charges, no plate fees, and nothing tacked on for a second color.
