For same-day shipping, place your print-ready DTF or blank apparel order by 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday.
DTF Products for Hempstead, TX
Volume runs suit DTF Gang Sheets; a single graphic calls for DTF Transfers by Size; artwork you send becomes a Custom Gang Sheet; tumblers and bottles take UV DTF Cup Wraps. Whichever one the job needs, Richardson prints it and UPS carries it toward Hempstead that same business day.
DTF Gang Sheets
Empty space on a sheet costs the same as printed space, so the designs you nest into it are effectively free real estate and the per-print number keeps dropping. That makes gang sheets the sensible pick for school program orders, shop runs, and mixed logo batches. Full CMYK over a white-ink layer, sharp on light and dark garments alike.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Hempstead shipping. Right for one Hempstead tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Hempstead decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Hempstead in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Built for school programs, local storefronts, businesses, and Waller County events.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
Every Hempstead order stays inside one building. It prints on equipment we own in Richardson, and a person looks the sheet over before anything gets taped shut. You see the result in the finished garment: color that matches from a single tee to a 500-piece school run, edges that survive repeat washing, and a print soft enough that it feels like part of the fabric rather than a layer sitting on top. No setup charges and no plate fees.
