DTF Products for Hutchins, TX
Production happens at our Richardson shop, and boxes reach UPS the same business day. Take DTF Gang Sheets for volume, DTF Transfers by Size for a single graphic, a Custom Gang Sheet for your own layout, or UV DTF Cup Wraps for drinkware.
DTF Gang Sheets
Per-print pricing here comes down to how full the sheet is when it goes to press. Load it edge to edge and the rate per piece keeps sliding lower. Send it half empty and you paid for blank film. A good fit for school program orders, company shirts, and mixed art batches, printed in full CMYK over a white-ink base that holds up on light and dark fabric.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Hutchins shipping. Right for one Hutchins tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Hutchins decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Hutchins in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Built for school programs, local businesses, churches, and Dallas County community groups.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
Color that matches from a six-shirt run to a 500-piece school order comes from keeping the work in one place. The presses, the film, and the finishing table sit inside our Richardson building, and every sheet gets looked at by hand before tape goes on the box. Edges hold through the laundry, the hand stays light enough that the print reads as part of the shirt, and there are no setup charges or plate fees anywhere on the invoice.
