DTF Transfer Products for Arlington, TX
UV DTF Cup Wraps handle tumblers and mugs. Need a single design at a set dimension? DTF Transfers by Size covers it. Layouts you build yourself land on a Custom Gang Sheet, while high volume orders sit on DTF Gang Sheets. Richardson prints every one, then sends it to Arlington by UPS Ground, typically arriving the next business day, or by same-day local courier on eligible orders.
DTF Gang Sheets
Sheet price stays flat no matter how much art sits on the film, so the more you nest, the less each print costs. Orders that arrive as a stack of designs are where this format earns its keep. Full CMYK laid over a white-ink base, sharp on light and dark fabric alike.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Arlington shipping. Right for one Arlington tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Arlington decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Arlington in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Printed for school programs, local businesses, and community groups.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
The presses that handle Arlington work belong to us and live in the Richardson building, and no box gets taped shut until someone has read the sheet. You notice it in the finished garment: color that matches from a single boutique tee to a 500-piece school run, edges that survive repeated washing, and a hand soft enough that the print feels like part of the fabric. No setup charges, no plate fees, no minimum order.
