DTF Transfers Product for Forest Hill, TX
Need volume? DTF Gang Sheets cover it. For a single graphic, pick DTF Transfers by Size. Your own layout becomes a Custom Gang Sheet, and drinkware gets UV DTF Cup Wraps. Our Richardson shop prints all four, and Forest Hill orders placed by 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, leave the same day via UPS Ground.
DTF Gang Sheets
Lay out a Mansfield Highway shop's front logo, sleeve mark, and neck tag side by side, and all three share the cost of one film. Each design you add to the sheet pulls the price per print lower. Forest Hill church groups, youth leagues, and crews along the US-287 Corridor use it for mixed-size batches, printed in full CMYK over a white-ink base.
DTF Transfers by Size
One design at one size with nothing to configure. Choose the measurement, send your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute with fast Forest Hill shipping. Right for one Forest Hill tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Forest Hill decorators, home studios, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. A regular for Forest Hill fundraisers, Forest Hill school spirit gifts, and youth league giveaways, gripping glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a clean edge.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and it all reaches Forest Hill in one UPS Ground shipment. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Popular with Forest Hill church groups, youth leagues, Mansfield Highway storefronts, and South Freeway service crews.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
Outsourcing is where print quality usually slips, so we skip it. A Forest Hill order is printed, cured, and cut on machines we own at our Richardson shop, then inspected by a staff member before it is packed. The result is color that matches from a single tee for an East Berry Street shop to a 500 piece run for a Tarrant County event, edges that stay down in the wash, and a soft feel on the fabric. No setup charges and no minimums.
From Upload to Ready-to-Press
Ordering DTF transfers online takes only a few steps. Send the file, set a size, and the rest is ours, with same-day UPS Ground pointed at Forest Hill. Here is the run-through.
Send Your Artwork
Send your artwork through dtfdallas.com. A transparent PNG at 300 DPI carries the most detail, and PDF files are also accepted, so upload your file print-ready.
Choose Size and Count
Take a preset size, enter your own dimensions, or lay out a multi-design gang sheet in the browser. No minimums and no setup fees.

A compact city on the southeast side of Fort Worth, Forest Hill traces its start to 1860 and still runs on small, locally owned business. Our printing follows the roads that carry that trade. We also supply spirit wear and youth league kits across this part of Tarrant County, with neighbors in Kennedale, Crowley, and Burleson ordering the same way.
