DTF Products for Lucas, TX
Gang sheets, single-size transfers, upload-your-own layouts, and UV DTF prints, each one run at our Richardson production shop and waiting in your Lucas locker the same day when ordered by 5:00 AM CT, Monday–Saturday. Vibrant colors, sharp details, and transfers that press cleanly on the first try. Built for school programs, local businesses, apparel brands, club teams, and creators across Collin County.
DTF Gang Sheets
Nest every design you need onto one sheet and the price per print keeps easing down as it fills, which works for school program orders and small business runs. The practical route for Lucas bulk work, multi-size logo sets, and mixed-art batches, printed in full CMYK over a white-ink base so colors stay vibrant and fine details stay sharp on light and dark fabric alike.
DTF Transfers by Size
A single design at a single size, nothing to configure. Set the measurement, upload your artwork, and checkout takes about a minute. Order by 5:00 AM CT Monday–Saturday and it is in your Lucas locker the same day, printed exactly as ordered at the size you set. Right for one tee, a repeat order, or a proof ahead of a larger batch, and every run lands with the same finish.
Custom Gang Sheet
Arranged the sheet in your own software already? Send it at full dimensions and it runs exactly as received, with nothing nudged or rearranged at our end. Built for Lucas decorators, home studios, apparel brands, and production pros who keep nesting, spacing, and placement in their own hands.
UV DTF Cup Wraps
Decorate tumblers, mugs, bottles, and glassware with no press involved at any point: peel, lay it down, squeegee, done. Popular for fundraisers, school spirit gifts, and event giveaways. Applies cleanly and grips glass, steel, and other rigid surfaces with a sharp edge and no lifting.
Need Blanks With Your Transfers?
Add wholesale blanks to the same order and collect the whole lot from one Lucas locker. The blank brands local shops and school groups reorder most stay on the shelf, plus tote bags and caps.
Stocked brands: Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Otto Cap, Shaka Wear, plus tote bags and hats. Built for school programs, local businesses, apparel brands, club teams, and Collin County events.
Made in Our Shop,
Never Drop-Shipped.
Nothing goes into a Lucas locker before someone checks it against your artwork. That check is why orders arrive exactly as ordered, at the sizes you set, with nothing missing from the sheet. The difference lands in the finished piece: vibrant color that stays true from one boutique tee to a 500-piece school run, sharp edges that hold through the laundry, and a hand light enough that the print reads as part of the shirt. No setup charges, no plate fees, and nothing at checkout that was left off the quote.
