DTF Transfer Application Note

Due to the thicker material and textured denim surface of bags, we recommend applying DTF transfers for approximately twice the pressing time used for standard t-shirts to achieve better adhesion and durability.

  • Temperature: 320°F (160°C)
  • Pressure: Medium-high firm press
  • Time: 15 seconds
  • Peel: Hot peel

Standard DTF cotton protocol. With a high-pressure heat press (heavy clamshell or auto-pressure swing-away), no pre-press step is needed. With a standard-pressure or manual press, pre-press the bag for 3 seconds before applying transfer to remove moisture.
