Upload a transparent PNG at 300 DPI. PDF files are also accepted. You do not need to mirror your artwork.

For the best print results, prepare your artwork before submitting your order. Our production team reviews your artwork for print readiness, checks quality during production, and inspects finished pieces before packing.
File format
Transparent PNG at 300 DPI is recommended. PDF files are also accepted.
Background
Remove unwanted background areas before uploading. Any white or colored background remaining in your artwork will print as part of the design.
Color settings
CMYK is recommended to help reduce potential color differences that can occur with RGB files.
Orientation
Upload your design in its normal, readable orientation. You do not need to mirror your artwork.
Final review
Check your artwork, spelling, sizing, and design placement before submitting your order. Files are printed as submitted.
Resolution
Create artwork at the size you want printed. Fine lines and small text on the 3600 look sharpest when the file is built at full print size.

Wash CareHow do I keep the print looking new?
CauseHigh heat is the most common cause of print wear. Hot water or a high dryer setting stresses the print layer.
FixWash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. The fabric is pre-shrunk, but hot wash and high-heat drying can cause extra shrinkage.

How fast do custom t-shirt orders ship?
DTF Dallas ships eligible print-ready custom apparel orders placed by 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, the same day from Richardson, TX. Orders of fewer than 200 custom t-shirts qualify, while orders of 200 or more ship the next day, even when placed before the cutoff. Upload your final artwork before the cutoff to qualify.

What size should my design be?
DTF Dallas prints adult front designs at 11 inches wide on S through XL and 11.5 inches on 2XL and 3XL. Back prints are 13 inches on S through XL and 14 inches on 2XL and 3XL, and pocket prints are 4 inches, or 4.5 inches on 3XL.
What file should I upload?
DTF Dallas recommends a transparent PNG at 300 DPI, and PDF files are also accepted. Remove any background you do not want printed, use CMYK settings, and upload the design unmirrored.
Does the Next Level 3600 run true to size?
The Next Level 3600 has a side-seamed retail fit that feels slimmer than Gildan 5000 or Comfort Colors 1717. Check the DTF Dallas size chart in the product description and size up for a looser feel.
What is the difference between the Next Level 3600 and Bella + Canvas 3001?
Both are retail-fit cotton tees printed by DTF Dallas. The Next Level 3600 is 4.3 oz combed ring-spun cotton with shoulder-to-shoulder taping, while the Bella + Canvas 3001 is a 4.2 oz Airlume cotton jersey. Compare the size charts and pick the fit your brand prefers.
