At DTF Dallas, we offer flexible shipping options, same-day shipping, and convenient local pickup and delivery services. Please review our shipping rates, delivery times, and order requirements below.
Shipping Options and Rates
UPS Ground (1–2 Business Days)

DTF and UV DTF orders of $100 or more qualify for free ground shipping. Free shipping does not apply to blank apparel or custom apparel orders.

DTF and UV DTF orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $9.95 for ground shipping. Orders containing apparel may have different shipping costs.
UPS Express (1–2 Business Days)
FedEx Express (1–2 Business Days)
Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day)
Custom T-Shirts, Blank Apparel, and Supplies
Shipping rates for custom T-shirts, blank apparel, and supplies are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
DTF and UV DTF Delivery Guarantee
Print-ready DTF and UV DTF orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day and are guaranteed to arrive within two business days anywhere in the United States.
If UPS Ground cannot meet the guaranteed delivery window, DTF Dallas upgrades your shipment to air shipping at no additional cost.
Carrier-related and weather-related delays are excluded from this guarantee.
Please note: This delivery guarantee applies only to qualifying DTF and UV DTF orders. It does not apply to blank apparel, custom apparel, or supplies.
Same-Day Shipping, Local Pickup, and Local Delivery
Same-Day Shipping
DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, custom-printed apparel, and blank apparel orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, qualify for same-day shipping.

Custom-printed products require print-ready artwork before the cutoff.

There is no minimum or maximum order-size restriction for same-day shipping eligibility.

Orders meeting the cutoff requirements ship the same day.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at six DTF Dallas locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Please wait for your order-ready notification before visiting your selected location.

These locations offer 24/7 self-service locker access after your order is ready.
Pickup During Business Hours:

Same-day pickup cutoffs vary by location. Please check the location-specific ordering deadlines and pickup instructions before placing your order.

Local Delivery
Orders placed by 5:00 AM CT are eligible for same-day local delivery in qualifying service areas.
Local delivery availability depends on your delivery address. Visit our Texas hub page to see if your city is eligible for local delivery.
Order Combination Policy
If you would like to add items to an existing order or request that multiple orders be shipped together, please contact our team for confirmation before shipment.
Combined shipping is subject to approval by our shipping department. If we are unable to combine the orders, an additional shipping fee may be required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.
