DTF Dallas Shipping Policy
We offer nationwide shipping and local delivery in qualifying service areas. Shipping options, rates, and delivery commitments are explained below.
How Shipping Is Calculated
DTF Dallas calculates shipping separately for each product category: DTF and UV DTF orders, blank apparel orders, and custom apparel orders. Each category has its own shipping rates and its own free shipping threshold.
- Free shipping thresholds apply to the subtotal of each category on its own, not to your combined cart total.
- If your cart contains products from more than one category, you pay the shipping for each category that does not reach its own free shipping threshold.
DTF and UV DTF Orders
UPS Ground (Estimated 1–3 Business Days)
- DTF and UV DTF orders of $100 or more qualify for free ground shipping.
- DTF and UV DTF orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $9.95 for ground shipping.
- The $100 free ground shipping offer applies to DTF and UV DTF products only. It does not apply to blank apparel or supplies. Custom apparel has its own $100 free shipping threshold, explained below.
UPS 2 Day
- Available at a flat rate of $16.95 for DTF and UV DTF orders.
FedEx 2 Day
- Available at a flat rate of $19.95 for DTF and UV DTF orders.
- Express shipping does not necessarily arrive earlier than Ground for every destination. If you need delivery by a specific date or time, contact us before ordering to confirm the appropriate service for your address.
UPS Standard Overnight (1 Business Day After Dispatch)
- DTF and UV DTF orders of $249 or more qualify for free overnight shipping.
- DTF and UV DTF orders under $249 have a flat overnight shipping rate of $39.95.
- Overnight describes shipping transit after dispatch. Same-day dispatch requirements still apply.
- Orders placed on a Sunday or a national holiday ship on the next business day, because carriers do not pick up or deliver on those days.
Blank Apparel Orders
- Shipping rates for blank apparel are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
- Blank apparel orders of $250 or more qualify for free shipping.
Custom Apparel Orders
- Shipping rates for custom t-shirts and custom apparel are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
- Custom apparel orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.
Supplies
For supplies and DTF extras, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
DTF and UV DTF Delivery Guarantee
Print-ready DTF and UV DTF orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day and are guaranteed to arrive within two business days anywhere in the United States.
If UPS Ground cannot meet the guaranteed delivery window, DTF Dallas upgrades your shipment to air shipping at no additional cost.
Carrier-related and weather-related delays are excluded from this guarantee.
Please note: This delivery guarantee applies only to qualifying DTF and UV DTF orders. It does not apply to blank apparel, custom apparel, or supplies.
Same-Day Shipping and Local Delivery
Same-Day Shipping
DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, custom-printed apparel, and blank apparel orders placed by 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day, subject to the exception for large custom T-shirt orders below.
- Custom T-shirts: Orders of fewer than 200 T-shirts placed by 2:00 PM CT ship the same day. Orders of 200 T-shirts or more ship the next day, even if placed before the 2:00 PM CT cutoff.
- Custom-printed products require print-ready artwork before the cutoff.
- There is no minimum or maximum order-size restriction for same-day shipping, except for the custom T-shirt rule above.
All cutoff times refer to Dallas local time. Same-day shipping means dispatch that day; it does not mean delivery to your address that day.
Local Delivery
Orders placed by 5:00 AM CT Monday through Saturday are eligible for same-day local delivery in qualifying service areas. Local delivery is available for all order types, including DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, blank apparel, custom apparel, and supplies.
- Flat-rate local delivery: $9.95
- Free local delivery: Orders of $100 or more

Order Combination Policy
Contact us before shipment if you want to add items to an existing order or combine separate orders.
Combined shipping requires approval from our shipping department. If orders cannot be combined, an additional shipping charge may apply.
Combining orders does not merge category subtotals. Free shipping thresholds still apply to each category separately.
Order Tracking
We send a tracking number after your order ships so you can follow its delivery progress.
