DTF Dallas Shipping Policy
We offer nationwide shipping, free local pickup, and local delivery in qualifying service areas. Shipping options, rates, and delivery commitments are explained below.
Shipping Options and Rates
UPS Ground (Estimated 1–2 Business Days for DTF and UV DTF)
UPS Express (Estimated 1–2 Business Days)
- Available at a flat rate of $16.95 for DTF and UV DTF orders.
FedEx Express (Estimated 1–2 Business Days)
Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day After Dispatch)
- Orders of $249 or more qualify for free overnight shipping across all product categories, including DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, blank apparel, custom apparel, and supplies.
- Orders under $249 have a flat overnight shipping rate of $39.95.
- Overnight describes shipping transit after dispatch. Same-day dispatch requirements still apply.
Custom T-Shirts, Blank Apparel, and Supplies
For orders under $249 containing apparel, supplies, or blank apparel, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
DTF and UV DTF Delivery Guarantee
Print-ready DTF and UV DTF orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day and are guaranteed to arrive within two business days anywhere in the United States.
If UPS Ground cannot meet the guaranteed delivery window, DTF Dallas upgrades your shipment to air shipping at no additional cost.
Carrier-related and weather-related delays are excluded from this guarantee.
Please note: This delivery guarantee applies only to qualifying DTF and UV DTF orders. It does not apply to blank apparel, custom apparel, or supplies.
Same-Day Shipping, Local Pickup, and Local Delivery
Same-Day Shipping
DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, custom-printed apparel, and blank apparel orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day.
All cutoff times refer to Dallas local time. Same-day shipping means dispatch that day; it does not mean delivery to your address that day.
Free Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at six DTF Dallas locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Please wait for your order-ready notification before visiting your selected location.
24/7 Locker Pickup:
- Richardson
- Argyle
- Carrollton
- Lucas
These locations offer 24/7 self-service locker access after your order is ready.
Pickup During Business Hours:
- Mesquite: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Oak Cliff: Every day, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM
Same-day pickup cutoffs vary by location. Please check the location-specific ordering deadlines and pickup instructions before placing your order.
An order confirmation is not a ready-for-pickup notification.

Local Delivery
Orders placed by 5:00 AM CT are eligible for same-day local delivery in qualifying service areas.
- Flat-rate local delivery: $9.95
- Free local delivery: Orders of $100 or more

Order Combination Policy
Contact us before shipment if you want to add items to an existing order or combine separate orders.
Combined shipping requires approval from our shipping department. If orders cannot be combined, an additional shipping charge may apply.
Order Tracking
We send a tracking number after your order ships so you can follow its delivery progress.
