Heather Gray uses a 90% combed ring-spun cotton / 10% polyester blend to create its soft heathered look while staying mostly cotton.
Oatmeal uses a 99% cotton / 1% polyester blend while keeping the same lightweight 4.3 oz, 32 singles fine jersey construction.

Lay the shirt flat. Measure length from the highest shoulder point to the bottom hem, and chest width 1" below the armhole from seam to seam.

Incorrect press settings or peel timing. Too little heat, light pressure, a short press cycle, or peeling at the wrong temperature can all cause poor adhesion and early lifting.
Press at 290–305°F for 4–12 sec depending on your transfer and press. For reference, in our DTF Dallas documented test a transfer held 100 washes after a 3-sec press on this shirt.
Cracking usually comes from hot-water washing or high-heat drying. Heat, friction, and repeated stretching weaken the cured DTF layer over time.
Tell customers to wash inside-out in cold water and tumble-dry low or hang-dry. Add wash-care instructions to your shipping insert. Our 100-wash test showed excellent durability with proper care.
Usually harsh washing or an incomplete press. Bleach, strong detergents, and high-heat cycles weaken color, while under-curing keeps the print from bonding properly.
Recommend cold washing inside-out, low-heat drying, and no bleach. Include a care label or shipping insert with every printed order.
The 3600 is fabric-laundered for reduced shrinkage but not shrink-proof. Hot washing or high dryer heat can still affect the fit.
For customers who prefer hot washing or machine drying, sizing up can help. Add cold-wash and low-heat dry instructions to your care insert.
The adhesive may not bond evenly if pressure is too light, heat coverage is uneven, or settings are not adjusted for heather and blended fabrics.
Pre-press 3–5 seconds, then press at 305–320°F for 15–20 seconds with firm, even pressure. Test heather and poly-blend colors first.
The 3600 is cotton or cotton-heavy. Sublimation dye bonds best with polyester fibers, so on cotton the print can look dull, faded, or wash out quickly.
For sublimation, choose a polyester or high-poly blank.
