At DTF Dallas, we stand behind our products. This policy outlines how we handle returns, reprints, and refunds.


1. Returns & Reprints

You have 45 days from the delivery date to request a return or reprint.


a) Custom Products (DTF Transfers, UV DTF Stickers, Gang Sheets, Custom T-Shirts)

Due to their personalized nature, custom products cannot be returned for a refund for reasons like buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selection. However, we will provide a free reprint for any verifiable issues on our part, including:


  • Manufacturing defects (printing, cutting, materials).
  • Significant print quality issues (wrong colors, blurry images).
  • Adhesion failures (when our instructions are followed).
  • Shipping damage.
  • Incorrect or missing items.


For custom product reprints, you do not need to return the defective item. Simply provide photo evidence of the issue, and we will ship the replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request the defective item for testing if so, we'll provide a shipping label.


b) Blank Apparel & Non-Custom Supplies

Blank items can be returned for a refund if they are unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.


c) Reporting Issues

Any damages, shortages, or incorrect items that are visible upon delivery must be reported with photos to info@dtfdallas.com within 72 hours of delivery. For print quality or adhesion issues discovered during use, you have 45 days from the delivery date.


2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@dtfdallas.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Get Approval: We usually respond within 24 hours. Do not send items back without our approval.
  3. Ship It Back: If approved, ship the item(s) to the address we provide.
  4. Resolution: Upon receipt, we will process your reprint within 24 hours or your refund within 7 business days.


3. Refunds & Fees

  • Refunds: Approved refunds for blank apparel are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Our Error: We cover all return shipping costs for defects, damages, or errors.
    • Your Choice (Blank Apparel): You are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use your own shipping label, or we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns of 100 or more blank apparel units.


4. Cancellations

Due to our fast production, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has entered production. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
