Heat Press Instructions For DTF Dallas

Manual heat press: briefly pre-press the garment to remove moisture and wrinkles. Position the transfer and press at 290–310°F for 8–15 seconds with firm, even pressure. Hot peel promptly while keeping the garment flat. Test one garment before a full batch.

Aftercare: wait at least 24 hours before washing. Turn the garment inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry low or air dry.

The three- and four-second times documented in our wash tests were equipment-specific test settings, not recommended manual-press times.
