Richardson offers 24/7 locker access at 801 Alpha Dr, Ste 112, Richardson, TX 75081. Wait for your order-ready notification, then follow its pickup instructions. An order confirmation is not a ready-for-pickup notification.

How Richardson Locker Pickup Works

1. Choose Richardson at checkout

   Place your order and select your pickup location. Confirm the collection address in your order details.

2. Wait for the ready notification

   We send a separate notification after production and packing are complete. Do not travel to collect your order based only on your order confirmation.

3. Follow your pickup instructions

   Bring your order confirmation and follow the locker instructions provided in your ready notification. Access details come with those instructions.

4. Collect and check your order

   Collect your package and check its contents. Contact our team during staffed hours if you need help or notice an issue.

Same-Day Richardson Pickup: Before 2:00 PM CT, Every Day

Richardson orders with print-ready artwork placed before 2:00 PM CT qualify for same-day production and pickup every day of the week, including Sunday. There is no minimum or maximum order-size restriction. Wait for your order-ready notification before collecting.

Pickup That Fits Your Schedule

Early market setups, late-night press runs, and weekend events can make staffed-hour collection difficult. Once your Richardson order is marked ready, locker access lets you collect outside office hours without waiting for the next staffed opening.

Free Pickup Across DFW

Richardson is one of six DTF Dallas pickup locations. You can also choose Carrollton, Argyle, Lucas, Mesquite, or Oak Cliff at checkout. Same-day pickup is available daily, with ordering cutoffs, collection hours, and access instructions specific to each location.

Check Pickup Locations to choose your location. Do not apply Richardson's 2:00 PM cutoff or 24/7 access to every pickup point. Always wait for the ready notification for your selected location.

Shipping or Local Pickup?

Local pickup is free and avoids shipping transit. Nationwide shipping is also available. DTF and UV DTF orders of $100 or more qualify for free Ground shipping; this $100 offer excludes apparel and supplies. Orders of $249 or more qualify for free overnight shipping across all product categories, including apparel and supplies.

Print-ready DTF and UV DTF orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day and are guaranteed to arrive within two business days. If Ground cannot meet that window, we upgrade the shipment to air at our cost. Carrier and weather delays are excluded. Overnight transit is one business day after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy.
